Returns:    Since our products are made-to-order we really don't except returns unless you have a problem. If you do have a question we would be happy to help so feel free to contact us.

Shipping:    Most of our products are ready for shipping within 5 - 10 business days from order date.  Orders are typically shipped via U.S. Priority Mail. 

Shipping & Handling Charges:    Flat Rate of $8.50 per order in the U.S. - Outside the U.S. please call for additional charge information.

Large "Special" Orders:    If you are ordering for a large event such as a wedding or shower, we suggest you order up to six weeks before the products are needed.
